Export & Download
At the top of the Results page for every survey you will see the 'Export' options. When clicking on it you will have two options to choose from:
- Export videos
- Download
The export videos function exports all videos currently shown on that page. Each individual Response page also has the option to download that single video testimonial.
In addition, you can download the data (as a csv), this includes the transcription content.
Deletion
Video responses can be deleted from the View Response Page.
You have to click on the Response you want to delete and at the top of the page there is a delete button.
After pressing the delete button, a confirmation message will appear.
