User Roles
There are five types of users on inColor:
- Project owners who can do anything (create and manage projects)
- Editors who are invited to participate in editing the survey
- Viewers who are invited to view the results from relevant projects
- Transcribers - users with access only to the transcription editor
- Research participants (respondents) who just see and respond to surveys
You can add users to your project/survey and assign them 3 different roles: editors, viewers, and transcribers.
User Rights
- Showreels can be created based on shared projects and can also be shared with other users (“Editors”).
- Shared projects and showreels cannot be duplicated/copied, deleted or shared by Editors - only the Project Owner can do this
Within quantilope inColor, Project Owners and Collaborators ( = “Editors”) do not have the same rights when working on a project together. Here are the things you can and cannot do when you’re invited to a shared project as an Editor:
