Select Videos for Inclusion
You can select which videos you want to add to your showreel by clicking on the circle icon on your selected video footage:
Create a Story
Once you have a selection of chosen videos, go to 'Showreels' and either select the showreel you want to add it to or create a new one using the plus button. Name your story (the name of the showreel you will create) and choose what project you want to create the story for. You can base your showreel and a single project or select multiple surveys.
Automatic Showreel Creation
You can choose a showreel to be created automatically, based on the emotions that are prevalent in the video response. For example, you can choose “Happy” and “Disgusted” to automatically generate a showreel with contrasting opinions.
Share a Showreel
Click on the three dots at the bottom right of a showreel tile to invite others (e.g. colleagues) as editors to your showreel.
When sharing a showreel with other users only the "editor" role can be granted, giving them the same rights to work on the showreels as the showreel creator.
Invited editors can add video responses from the projects they have access to, and make changes in "responses included", render & download the video etc.
Adding Videos to the Story
Once within the showreels page, you should see all of the videos that are matching your automatic showreel creation criteria (i.e. emotions) or only the responses you check-marked from the Results section (if you selected the option 'only selected') in the 'Responses Included' section. The rest of the video responses from the selected projects will appear at the bottom, under 'Responses available'.
You can either Add All videos to the carousel, or you can checkmark selected responses and click '+Add to Showreel' to add them to the 'Responses included' section.
You can also edit the videos and select specific snippets to be included in your showreel. Learn more about editing videos here.
Preview a Showreel
Create a preview of the reel you created (e.g. of the clips you’ve added/edited in your Responses included section). You can create a new preview if you’ve added/removed clips by clicking Cancel Preview and then clicking Preview again.
Process & Save
Once you are happy with the videos in your showreel click Process & Save. Note this process can take 2-4 minutes depending on the size of the file and your internet connection.
Download a showreel
You can download the showreels directly to your computer. Go to the showreel you want and click the 'Download' button.
Making Changes to a Showreel
You can make changes to a showreel at any time. For example, you could add extra video responses from the same survey or a new survey, edit the sections included, or reorder the footage.
