A point worth noting is that preview mode is automatically switched on. This means when the user hits stop recording, their response will be automatically saved on and can be reviewed and submitted or deleted.
Once the respondent presses the “Upload contribution button” the video response starts to be uploaded. When the counter reaches 100%, the contribution can no longer be deleted by the respondent and the video testimonial is considered valid.
This usually only takes seconds and please be aware that the user needs to remain connected to the internet and not close the page until the upload is complete.
