Within the Contacts section you can:

  • Create new contact entries one by one using the new contact form - email address is mandatory, other information you can choose to include is name, age, gender, city and country.
  • Create Groups - either by selecting 'Create group' or by selecting the required contact(s), selecting 'New/Add to group' and entering a new group name.
  • Add contacts to any group - once a group is created select the entries you want added by ticking the box by their entry then select 'New/Add to group'. Contacts can be included in multiple groups. Contacts can also be removed from groups.
  • Search groups - using the search box you can either search all contacts or search specific groups using the dropdown

Within the Distribute stage of the survey you can:
  • Manually input the email address of your desired recipient
  • Create a contact based on this email address using the 'Add contacts' button
  • Add recipients from an existing Contacts list by selecting 'Manage contacts', then 'Add contact' for each desired entry then 'Back to survey contacts'
  • The Respondent list will show you all contacts selected to receive an invitation. To send this invitation select 'Send survey by email'. Note invitations will only be sent to new contacts who have not previously been sent this invitation. Their status is shown (including whether an invitation has been sent and whether they have responded).
